These terms govern your use of Kinetic PE's services and website. By contacting or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Kinetic PE provides business transformation, operating model implementation, M&A integration, exit-readiness, and interim leadership services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Specific deliverables and engagement details are defined in individual Statements of Work.

Liability & Warranties

Kinetic PE will perform all services with reasonable professional care and effort. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. Kinetic PE will not disclose your business information, financials, or portfolio data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
